Cries of terror and grief rang through the city streets in response to Mutant uprisings, Alien attacks, and Hero and Villain battles that destroyed property and ruined lives. As a result project PROTECTION OF HUMANITY was put into action. The world leaders and governments had enough of the danger and threat posed by those who were different. Humanity needed a way to feel protected and safe leading the project to be initiated and launched. The government spent money and precious resources to develop their own variants of super soldiers that were equipped with their own skills and weapons designed to hunt down and detain mutants, super humans, and those who stand with them and believe in them.
