Justice was born royal, but his title was usurped from him by his sister. Justice has failed at revieving a Pokemon from the Diamond Kingdom's cave once, resulting in a loss in class.xx Weapons
Justice carries a special bow which he created himself. The Bow is telescopic and a scyth like blade is able to be extended from the end. After his loss of rank, Justice began to train with his bow as well as with his scythe; his skills have greatly improved since then.He also keeps with him several different tactical battle items like wire and smoke bombs, as flash producers and other such inventions.

Justice hair is a deep, deep, purple with lavender highlights. His body is lanky and appears fragile. He is slightly taller than his sister, and his eyes are a deep violet. Justice, while practically incapable of doing so, enjoys color co-ordination, especially revolving around the color purple. Justice even picked some of is royals merely because of their hair color.Open and Public
xx Personality
Justice's personality is slightly complicated. As a result of his rearing, Justice has many traits of a noble or a royal, after his sister's betrayel, however, Justice's attitude began to change, as did his resolve.Pride: Justice's sense of pride is not one of true haughtyness, but rather one of purity. Justice greatly dislikes things that make his upset, and things which he desire he greatly desires.
Strategical: During his rearing, because of his treatment as someone special to the kingdom, Justice used his position to gain access to different books and literature. Justice spent much of his time studying, and his mind is very much so geared toward strategy and his mental prowess is inhuman.
Compassion: As a member of a group on the top of the world, Justice had much time to examine the people over which he thought he would someday rule. Justice eventually developed a sense of compassion for the people of his kingdom.
Emotion: Partially as a result of his compassionate side, Justice has much more true emotion than that of his sister. This emotion often clashes with his strategical nature and could become a problem if not contained.
Music: Justice has an intense love for the arts, especially music, and he is fluent in many different genres and styles. Justice is capable of playing any instrument almost perfectly, just by examining its function and makeup. Justice has been thinking of ideas for a stationary instrument capable of acompanying many instrument on its own.
Nature: Before being completely disavowed, as a result of several trips he took, Justice grew to enjoy nature and Pokemon moreso than he ever did as a child.
Coldness: After being exiled from his royal city, Justice became cold, not merely at his sister, but at the entire system in which he lives, sometimes flooding over onto the people around him. This trait often conflicts with Justice's once powerful compassion for his people.
Justice: Justice has a very strong sense of..well..justice. Will this, in a way ties in with his pride, his sense of justice goes beyond that, Justice believes definitevely in right and wrong and he will go to great lengths to create a system filled with his own interpretation of justice.

Canon Character. A Togepi egg granted by incredible means. The story is as follows:
(For context, the war spoken about here is the war which occurs in the Mystery of Mew arc [After the advent of both dragon and fairy types]; the time plane of the present Celebi is, of course, the present in Perish Song. I didn't know if making the story heavily set on Celebi was okay, so if you would rather I just make the egg a very rare, somehow discovered egg, I can do that. I just thought you would want a logical reason for the random appearance of a Fairy Type. I also don't know the exact specifics of the Dragon/Fairy province, so I couldn't base it off of that...I also made Togekiss and its family generally rare, merely because it is extremely hard to find in the previous games.)
Deep within a forest of the Crystal Kingdom lays a secret unfamiliar to most. This secret is known only by those who are trusted by the object of the secret. The secret is Celebi. Celebi, the small grass guardian Pokémon whose power allows her to travel through time, lives in a very secluded garden-like clearing within the forest. Time flowers litter the ground and a healing pond lies just beyond the meadow.
One day, Celebi decides to use her ability to visit another time plane. Celebi searches for her alternate time plane existence; however, it appeared that the forest was lacking its guardian for the time being. Celebi knows not why her double left, but she knows that it appears that this forest is in more need of a guardian now than in her original plane. Celebi decides to stay in this time plane until her sister in time returns.
Celebi uses her power to synchronize her memories with those of the Celebi that protects this forest in this time. When she does, she realizes that this Celebi is much different that herself. Her personality must have changed over the years because the version of her guarding this forest is a much more outgoing and caring Celebi, one who goes out of her way to meet and personally protect the Pokémon of the forest.
Celebi decides to put on this all too strange to her persona on for a while until the true Celebi comes back. During her time in the forest, Celebi begins to understand why the original Celebi left; a great war between Pokémon and man alike was beginning to spark. While the Pokémon of the forest have little to do with this war, the effects of it are beginning to infringe on the safety and wellbeing of the forest as well as its inhabitants.
The Celebi of this time plane is gone because she is attempting the unthinkable; she is transporting Pokémon from this violent, chaotic time plane to more peaceful ones, promising to return to bring them back after the war. At first, Celebi does not understand exactly why her future self could care so much about the Pokémon of her forest. Eventually, however, Celebi begins to, after the course of watching the Pokémon and their innocence, understand her sister's actions, realizing that the Pokémon of her world deserve more than to be guarded, they deserve to be cared for.
As a result of her revelation, Celebi becomes attached to the Pokémon inhabitants of this time plane's forest, something Celebi knows is a bad thing to do, for one day, she must return to her own time.
Soon, it becomes apparent that the true Celebi of this time plane won't be able to return to this time, for there are consequences for bending the fabric of time, even for those who have the right to do so. Celebi fears that the time plane she is now in will soon become the only time plane she can be in, for her link to her true forest is fading, and this forest should not to be left without its guardian.
Celebi knows not what to do, the decision she makes now could drastically change the outcome of her world's history, for this forest contains links to the deities who hold together the world. Celebi wishes to better understand what her decisions will do, but she cannot see into the alternative futures without traveling to them. Before she can make a decision, a Pokémon unaware of the fact that this Celebi is not the one she knows appears. The Pokémon is a Togekiss.
Togekiss appears very worn, as if she has been flying nonstop to get here. Togekiss explains to Celebi that the battlefront of the war has stretched to the forest, Pokémon everywhere are either being captured within strange crystals, or they are being caught in the crossfire of the battle. Togekiss requests Celebi's help.
Celebi, while ready to put her life on the line to help the forest, notices something in Togekiss' arms: an egg. Celebi's eyes open wide as something comes to Celebi's mind. In Celebi's original forest, eggs have become less and less frequent, even to the point that other Pokémon species work together to prevent any eggs from being damaged. Celebi wonders if perhaps the same is true here. Celebi uses her psychic power to, in a way, echolocate any other eggs within the forest; none remain. If Celebi doesn't prevent the egg from being damaged, this could be that last Togekiss on earth.
Celebi realizes that something must have caused such a shortage, but Celebi's link with her forest in the past is wearing so thin, that a decision must be made now; she has no time to search for the reason for the shortage. So, after briefly explaining to Togekiss her situation, the bird of joy begs Celebi to take the egg back in time with her, wanting nothing but protection for the egg, knowing that even if the egg itself is not damaged, the Togepi which hatches' health will be infringed upon by the war. Togekiss assures Celebi that leaving is the right choice, and with that, Celebi transports herself back to her true home.
Celebi wishes she could have stayed, but leaving her own forest unattended could cause the future to be altered in an even more devastating way. Celebi had no choice. Celebi looks at the egg she brought with her and wonders what to do with it. Celebi has no clue how to care for an egg, and she knows enough of the time line to know that a species similar parent doesn't yet exist. Celebi also knows that, because of the egg's link with two time planes, transporting it to any other time plane could destroy this egg altogether. Celebi's ambivalence dissipates when she senses a strange presence of a boy in her forest. Celebi doesn't know why, but something about this trainer seems different.
Celebi uses her psychic abilities to read the young man's mind and heart, within them, Celebi finds an intense longing for justice, as well as a deep desire for peace. While a feeling of revenge is also in the boy's heart, Celebi decides to ignore that. Celebi, for whatever reason, decides to give the boy ownership of the egg, at least until an ample amount of time passes so that a war could have gone its course. Celebi knows that the egg has a link to the future, and that even having it could result in divine repercussions for both her and the trainer. Somehow, though, Celebi hopes that this child can break the spell.
Celebi grants the boy the egg, not allowing herself to be seen too readily. She does however, show herself to the young man so that she can create a sealing link with him, allowing her to find him if ever the time comes for the egg to return to its time plane. Celebi notes the boy's name: Justice. Celebi sends Justice a telepathic vision of sorts before returning to her meadow, emphasizing the importance of protecting this Pokémon.
This is how Justice's story as a trainer began.
This is His-story
xx History
On a cold winter evening, two twins were born the children to a destitute family. One of the twins, Justice, was born during a lunar eclipse, causing his fate to be set. Justice, on the night of his birth was destined for greatness while his sister, Camellia, was destined to forever live beneath Justice's shadow. During his chilhood years, Justice was reared and trained to be a royal while Camelia stood in the shadows living as a poor person should. Justice and Camellia were close as children despite their differences, both personality wise and rank wise.
When the day finally came for Justice to walk the Diamond Cave to try to recieve his egg, he thought he was prepared for his destiny. Justice had studied, he had trained, he had practiced, he had tried to be ready to one day become king. Hatching an egg here was the first step Justice could take, and Camellia stepped on Justice's feet to dash into a sprint.
Just as Justice's hand had passed over his chosen egg which began to hatch, Camellia, who had been trailing behind Justice, used the opportunity and seized the moment. Justice's own sister claimed that this egg was her own bonded egg as well as the fact that she was the true destined child.
Justice failed to complete his walk with a Pokemon in tow, resulting in eventual scorn from his people.
Before Justice's reputation had completely faded altogether, Justice was sent to several of the neighboring kingdoms as a bargining chip or as an ambassador, as Camellia was going to put Justice to some use anyway.
While in the Crystal Kingdom, a strange happening occurred. While taking a break from his "duties" and visiting a mysterious forest few had heard of before, Justice encountered the diety Celebi. While the meeting was not one of blessing, Celebi did grant Justice two things: and egg and a mission. The egg itself was the mission. All Celebi explained to Justice was that he was to protect and raise the egg with all of his life.
Before the egg had a chance to hatch, however, Justice was sent to a prison in the Diamond Kingdom mines as a result of mentioning rebellion. Justice able to sneak his egg into the prison as a result of his being placed in a lower level security section than most normal prisoners. Perhaps Camellia still had a heart then, or perhaps there was no more room elsewhere.
Justice now lies in prison, convincing convicts one by one to join his cause, one he formed as a result of this entire ordeal: the destrution of the Diamond Monarchy.
