Long ago before the Diamond Kingdom was even created, the great God Dialga visited the mountain and sat on its very mountain top. A thief in exile wondered to the mountains wishing for some sort of answer. What he found was the mighty God Dialga laying in a deep sleep. In an attempt to see this large pokemon he ventured closer, what he saw was the large odd jewel upon the Pokemon's chest. The male thought to himself "I must have this, this thing." He drew closer thinking of how skilled he was at thievery, sadly not enough for a God. For as he drew closer, the large pokemon turned its head to see the human tempting to steal its powerful jewel. "What is this? A foolish thief? How dare thee!" He rose and gave a large dangerous roar toward the thief, his eyes ablaze. "Explain yourself!" he shouted a thought strongly to the thief's mind. The thief smiled, unsure of what else to do, "Why merely gazing upon your magnificent jewel. Wherever did you come across upon such a thing? Never before have I saw one so large, so pretty." The Dialga appeared at the puny human in deep thought before giving an answer, "It was created the day I was, it is but a part of me. If you are interested in just its size and type, I can give you more, however upon a request. You must prove your thievery to me, you must steal 3 important items of value. Else you will be aged till dust." Fearing of death caused by time, the thief smiled, "Why of course, tis what are these three items?" "Ahh a broom of the great sage, A family heirloom of Distortion, and finally the lost trust." The thief nearly laughed a broom? A family heirloom of Distortion? Then a lost trust? Whatever did this fool of a God think these items are? Maybe he could just sneak his way out of this one, "Alright I will attempt to find these items, you must however give me at least 50 years to find them. For they are apparently not your everyday items." he sounded arrogant, like he knew what he was in doing. In truth he knew most people did not live past 70 years of age, so he will live out his life, never in fear of the great whatever God this was. Little did he realize this was the God of time, and he soon found he was cursed with the inability to age. Dialga nodded in agreement, "You will have 50 years of time to find the items I require, upon the last day given you will turn to dust. When you have collected the three items return to this spot, I will be waiting." Years passed and the thief not once looked for the items that the Dialga asked for. It had taken 10 years for him to finally realized he could not live a normal life, for he could not age. Soon many within the kingdoms would question him to be a warlock or vampire, and possibly burned to death. A death he did not want to experience. So he set out to find the three items. The first item he set to find was the broom of the great sage, this seemed the easiest to achieve. He just needed to find a great sage and steal his broom, course that seemed a tad difficult than what he had thought . The Sage seemed to have predicted the coming of the thief, he had switched out the brooms. Why such protection? The broom used to be his daughter's before she was burned to death within the Crystal Kingdom. He felt it was the link to his daughter. Carrying around the fraud broom, the thief went out to find the second item, the family heirloom of distortion. He had little to no idea what that even meant, he did not even know where to start... He just started to ask around and do research on the family heirloom, it had taken him 20 years to finally figure out where it was and what it was. Located within the Crystal Kingdom, it was once in a distorted world, one that a forgotten God had laid asleep. The heirloom apparently could gain access to that world, and could control the god. The item was in a display case, one which he had to break into. He had quickly left that kingdom and has yet dared return. As for final item it had taken him 25 years, but he had finally realized the lost trust item is one that he had all along. It was an item that was stolen, by him from a Desert Rose maiden. A very item he has oddly never departed from, it could have been love, could have been the fact that the Desert Rose maiden was what got him exiled. Returning to the mountain where the great Dialga waited, pride in his chest, the thief approached the pokemon and spoke aloud "I have all the items, now allow me to age." The Dialga barely even blinked it merely answered in "One of those is not a true item, do you dare take me a fool? That is obviously an ordinary broom from an everyday marketplace. You have three days to give me the REAL Great Sage's Broom." Frustrated by being fooled, the thief left once more. He reached the Great sage's lair and looked all around, the broom which he seeked, was hidden away in a secret chamber. One for which he stumbled upon and was able to receive the item in need. As for the Sage, he was out doing something else, he never knew what was taken from under his very nose. He did found out, but by then it was too late. Returning with all the items, Dialga had taken away his curse. He then told the thief that the whole mountain was filled with riches of jewels, gold, and more. With the riches gifted by Dialga, the thief had created the kingdom now known as the Diamond kingdom. The thief had happily grew old and started a royal family, the end.
Long ago there was a beautiful Princess that lived in a place far away, she had everything a girl would want except no control of her own life. She would sneak out at night and cried at the rocks near the ocean shore. One night she had found out she was to be betrothed to a Prince, one who lived in another kingdom and was considered a coward. She could never love this man, for she had fallen for another, one who she could never marry. Hearing her tears fall upon the ocean waters every night for the past week, Lugia God and protector of the seas watched her from below. He felt sad for the pure virgin maiden, she had no freedom, while that was all he had. He came upon the shore one night as a male, one with pure white hair and whitest of cloaks. He approached the maiden and asked her why she teared, she did not answer. He moved in to peer closer to her and asked once more, in a soft soft voice, "What ails you?" With finally the courage to speak she spoke, "My Father forces me to marry, on who I could never love." The Lugia backed a way a tad, he seemed lost in thought, as if to make an important decision. The princess watched him closer, the tears still falling. He finally turned to her and asked her a question, "Would you be willing to leave with me? Become a Maiden of the Sea?" She did not understand his question and was a tad confused, "Maiden of the Sea? Leave here? Are you mad?" The Lugia moved toward her with incredible gracefulness that could have stole any female's heart, "Only if you believe me to be." He then reached down to wipe a tear away, "There is an island far from here, one where few live that is guarded. You can become a ruler there, one who will protect others from the same fate. A place where you can truly be free from yourself and this horrible fate set upon you. I ask would you be willing to leave?" His words seemed to take any fight out of the princess, she turned red in the face and only nodded. Right then and there the God Lugia showed his true form and asked the Princess to get upon his back. He then flew from the Kingdom to a place of true life and freedom. It was there the Princess became Maid of the Sea, the first of the 12 maidens of the future kingdom of Somniis..
