Narcisse does not look like he should be a king. Puberty hasn't been 'kind' to him just yet, so he still looks like a young teenager. He stands at five feet and four inches, weighing in at... Well, he never bothered to get that checked. His frame is thin and scrawny, though, so he's pretty light. Despite such a small form, he does have muscles that are never really seen unless he decides to walk around without his shirt on. Even then, they're faint and hard to see until he grabs his sword. Narcisse has pale, soft skin, the result of being very careful with what he eats and what he gets covered in. His eyes are large and blue; however, he is blind in one eye, thus the eye patch he wears. His hair's color is debatable. Some say it's a dark navy blue while others say it's black. It just depends on the person and the lighting. He keeps his hair short, though he doesn't put too much effort into it. His hair grows slowly.Open and Public
xx Personality
Narcisse is still getting used to the heavy burden of being the king of an entire kingdom. He's still young, both physically and mentally, and the expectation to grow up too quickly strained him. He tries to keep his head held high, to make it seem like he hasn't been affected by recent years. The metaphorical mask he keeps makes him seem more mature than he really is. He tries to act proud and sophisticated, like any good king should be. He takes everything in stride: diplomatic meetings, civilian problems, etc. He makes it seem like nothing is bothering him while keeping everything bottled up inside. The bottle is quickly filling, however, and he can't keep it sealed forever. Within the bottle is the childhood he quickly lost, from the loss of his mother to the loss of his father. Pain, sorrow, anger--everything is piling up within him. Narcisse releases some of these emotions when he trains for a few hours each day. Sparring and hacking at a dummy is a great way for him to let off some steam, though he tends to make sure he trains alone in case he starts to cry in the middle of the field. He hates showing such emotions--weakness, as he calls it--in front of others. It's like bowing down to someone else. He isn't supposed to do that, and he will never do that for as long as he is king.
Speaking of being king, while he may put on the act that he is a formidable monarch, even he has his flaws. Narcisse is one to trust anything and everything that someone close to him says. This includes his family (the closer family members, at the very least), his adviser (though that might just be one-sided as Narcisse depended and still depends on him quite a lot), and... Well, that's really it. He often follows them blindly, never questioning what they say unless an argument erupts between two different viewpoints of his family/adviser.
The Secret Side of Me
xx Greatest Secret
Every time marriage has been brought up around him, he gets all fidgety and flat out declines any offer. Why? Because he isn't interested in women. He's a closet homosexual, and he plans to stay that way until the day he dies. Of course, he knows he will have to marry one day to produce heirs, but he doesn't plan on doing that for a while now. He's still young.xx Greatest Fear
Narcisse's greatest fear would have to be losing those close to him. Even if the kingdom fell into ruins, he would want to make sure his family and anyone else he loved were safe. If he lost them, it would just tear him up inside.xx Greatest Desire
He doesn't exactly know what he wants in life just yet. He is still trying to get settled into being King. Once he is used to how things work, his greatest desire would probably just be to keep the kingdom prosperous and well.Out of This World
xx Pokemon
I'm not going to be picky, despite him being a canon. He'll go for a random ghost, dark, or poison type Pokemon.

Once upon an October, a new story was written. The cool autumn air, the dark sky with stars sprinkled about, and a full moon--it seemed like the perfect night to be brought into the world. This wasn't the case, however. There were complications, and the women--the queen--couldn't stop bleeding. A new soul was given life at the expense of another. Prince Narcisse was the first and only male heir to the Crystal Kingdom. The newborn prince was quickly taken to one of the female servants who could feed the infant. This servant became his caretaker until he was able to function more properly on his own.
The king couldn't waste any time, however, and he married another woman soon after the prince's birth. Not long after that, a little princess was born. Narcisse didn't seem to mind much that his father had married another so soon. Even after learning when he was around three, he still treated the new queen as though she were his birth mother. The years slowly passed him by. Soon, his studies began. Literature, history, sciences, and mathematics--he had to master them all. His tutor was even able to slip mythology into his lessons. His father wasn't too pleased on the day he ran up to the man, spouting nonsense about Mew, and that tutor was promptly hanged. A new tutor quickly filled up the position.
Darkness overtook the kingdom when Prince Narcisse was twelve. It was a mere week before his sister's birthday, and the king and queen decided to leave the safety of the palace in order to get her a birthday gift. Narcisse didn't think much of it, instead immersing himself in his studies. A few days passed before a messenger arrived at the palace, bringing dreadful news. The King and Queen are dead. The kingdom was in a buzz with this new information. When he tried to ask the royal adviser, they didn't give him a clear answer as to what happened. The story seemed to change with each person he asked, so he simply gave up. Since he was obviously too young to rule a kingdom, the royal adviser--no, his adviser-- took over the king's duties while Prince Narcisse was rushed into strict training. Studying took up a majority of his time. When he could find a moment to speak with his adviser, he requested to learn how to use a sword. The few hours he originally had to himself were then spent working on his swordsmanship.
During the next few years, he grew closer to his adviser, though he neglected his sister. He was just so caught up with training that he never had the time for her. One night, after a long day of learning and training, his little sister disappeared. When he questioned his adviser, he wasn't given a straight answer once more. He decided to believe the adviser, though, and dropped the subject. That didn't mean he forgot about her. He still worries. On the dawn of his eighteenth birthday, he was finally crowned king of the Crystal Kingdom. He hasn't been king for long, and he's quite overwhelmed already. He might depend on his adviser a little... Too much.
