Matthew was born in the Fae Province, but he didn't grow up there. He was raised in the Crystal Province, but he now roams around..so..he has no current Kingdom of residence. xx Occupation
None: He doesn't really do anything..but..Roamer if pushed to answer.xx Society / Group
Demigod, Though there are few DemiGods that would know of him as such, and there might also be some lower ranking Deities that wouldn't know either.. xx Rank/Class
Unknown(No one really knows he exists..so he doesn't really have a rank. The fact that he doesn't stay in one place doesn't help much.) xx Weapons
Matthew doesn't really have the need for weapons..so he doesn't have any. Technically, his scarf could be used as a kind of weapon considering the fact that if touched by anyone but him, it would be colder than any kind of ice.xx Magic
Matthew is a DemiGod that has quite a bit of magical potential because of his blood. His grandfather is Palkia, and his Father is Suicune, and their Deity blood takes up more than seventy percent of his blood content. Along with this, he received what was supposed to be a simple blessing from Shaymin, which ended up turning into a bit more than that..Matthew's main abilities stem from Suicune, as his blood is the most prevalent in his body.
Tailwind: Matthew, as the child of Suicune, is the second embodiment of the North Wind, and, as a result, he can control wind currents quite efficiently. He has the ability to create whirlwinds as well as powerful gusts, and wherever he goes, the North Wind follows him, always giving him wind to work with, preventing him from needing to create it.
BubbleBeam: This is possibly the most used ability Matthew posesses, and it is the ability he has the most control over. He has the ability to create bubbles of various sizes, that are filled with air, allowing them to float. Because he can also contrl the air within them, he can cause the bubbles to move where he pleases, and hd can change their shape mid flight. He can make bubbles that are filled with massive amounts of air, allowing them to be used as attacks when they pop.
Aurora/Ice Beam: Matthew also has the ability to control aurora, or at least the raw form of it. The abiltiies he gains from this are more light based than anything else. With this ability, he has the ability to creat auraroas in the sky at will, even during the day time. Auroras don't really do much offensively, unless it distracts opponents. However, the mere presence of Aurora in teh sky, at least Matthew's kind of aurora, increases the strength of Ice types, as well as Fairy types. It also decreases teh effects of Dark Type moves, and it makes it harder for spirits and Ghosts to form physically. He also has the ability to create beams of ice based energy which are colored like the Auroras.
Combining his aurora abilities with his bubbles based powers, Matthew can create illusions with hi sbubbles by positioning them in the correct spot and carefully reflecting light off of them with his aurora ability. TSo far, the illusions haven't been perfected to the point where they don't look slightly distorted, and popping any of the bubbles would cause part of the illusion to disappear, though it is possible to make the bubbles invisible with the aid of the illusion.
Blizzard: Wit this ability, Matthew has the power to create ice when there is none to control. If it is relatively cold enough, Matthew can use hisNoth Wind abilities to muster up a blizzard, using teh gusts to super cool the air by sending it into the upper atmosphere and pulling it back down.
Hydro Pump: Matthew, when around water, has teh ability to completely weild it to his bidding, able to form it as he wishes, and able to move it in massive amounts. This powerful control comes from a combination of the water manipulation abilities he inherited from Palkia and suicune combined.
Spacial Rend/Mirror Coat: Another ability that partially stems from Palkia is this one. With this ability, Matthew can combine Spacial energy with his bubbles, allowing him to transport anything within them to another bubble that he has control over. This allows him to quickly teleport himself as long as he is within a bubble. The other spacial ability granted by Palkia's power is Mirror Coat, which allows him to use Spacial energy to absorb damage taken and reflect it back two fold, creating quite an attack if he can withstand the initial one. This mirror Coat ability can also be used on his bubbles, but only with his own magic, meaning that if he has enough bubbles in the right positions, he could reflect his own energy off of them, creating a superpowered attack.
From Shaymin Matthew also receives a gift of power. The initial gift which he received was the power of Aromatherapy, which causes Matthew's magical signature to be completely concealed, preventing sensory magicians or deities or those with deity blood from sensing him, or his magic.
Seed Flare: A result of Shmins' not so unuasula accidental overdoing of blessings, she accidentally gave Matthew the ability known as Seed Flare, which allows him to absorb Light and Water to create an intense explosion that not only purifies the area in the forming of the attack, but also devastates if not controled correctly. In addition to this, Matthew doesn't have any way of guessing how the explosion will turn out, because he doesn't control the ratio of Light to Water in the initial forming of the spell.
A final part of Shayin's blessing is that Matthew has the innate ability to form wings and take flight, however he has yet to use this ability..

xx Face Claim
KAITO - Vocaloidxx Appearance
Matthew is a rather handsome young man. He has the bluest hair out of any of the people you'll meet, and it is seen wet more often than not. He has bright blue eyes that look like they contain oceans, and if anyone ever sees his eyes when they look upon water, it's as if the ocean in his eyes becomes a raging sea..Matthew is relatively tall, and his build is rather small, his arm and chest muscles are very developed, as well as his legs muscles because he swims almost more than he walks. He has a voice that is neither high nor low, but it seems to flow eloquently when he speaks despite the fact that he rarely does.
Matthew's clothes usually consist of blues, whites, navies, and golds, with the occasionaly purple.. He often wears boots, for no real reason other than the fact that he likes wearing them. Matthew is almost always well dressed and his appearance is always one that people could admire.
He is often seen wearing outfits that make him seem to have a cape of some sorts, and he usually just wears a tee shirt underneath. He always has a sort of waterproof undergarment that alllows him to swim, and his clothes are usually easy to remove as he often takes them off to swim.
He also is never seen without his "scarf", which is sort of an extension of his body which forms at various times and for various reasons, the most common being when he uses his deistic abilities. When he uses any magic, and sometimes even when he doesn't, the "Scarf" appears to glow with all of the beauty of the Auroras that fill the night sky.
Open and Public
xx Personality
Matthew is..well.. Matthew is not the kind of boy that is easily understood. From a glance, it would seem that he literally cares about nothing, that he has nothing in his life that he truly wishes to accomplish, and that there is nothing that he would live or die for, which..is true to a point, but there is more to it. Matthew is in love with water, like..as literal as one can possibly get. Matthew could be called a watersexual for lack of better terms. There is nothing in the world he cares about more than water.. He loves being around water, he loves being in water, he loves looking at water.. Being away from water makes him uncomfortable, so when he roams, he tends to do it quickly, as to avoid any stress..
Matthew doesn't really care about where he is as long as there is water near by.. he doesn't mind the temperature, as long as it is there and available for him to enjoy. Matthew also compulsively drinks water, much more than any human could comprehend.
Matthew is also quite capricious, at least in his travels. Being a embodiment of the north wind, he is freely led by the wind. Usually when he travels, he follows the wind, literally going where it goes. Matthew enjoys watching the wind carry the clouds as it does, admiring their beauty and freedom.
Matthew doesn't really care much about anything else, and, because of the way he was raised, he really doesn't know that much about anything else. Contact with other human beings isn't really something that he is used to, and he would probably be rather awkward around other speaking beings..
Around Pokemon, on the other hand, Matthew is a little different. Matthew understands Pokemon language, and he enjoys occasionally speaking with them. His favorite Pokemon are Water types –What a surprise!-- and he often plays with them in the water.
Matthew doesn't know much about manual labor, so the concept of it is strange to him, for this reason, he doesn't understand commoners, and would most likely relate better to royals or nobles, If he would relate to anyone at all.
Matthew abhors slavery, despite not having much knowledge on the subject. He just knows that he loves freedom, and that slavery is a complete contradiction to the fact that all men and women should be free.
Matthew doesn't quite understand the idea of Kingdoms and government either, as most governments also put a tax on people's freedom. He doesn't understand the fact that governments are a necessary part of modern society, but he most likely wouldn't go to any extremes over the idea. However, if a nation or Kingdom went to the point of utilizing slaves as a rule or law, or any form of freedom reduction, he would most likely dislike the nation, and he would likely avoid it.
Matthew doesn't have many feelings towards his deity family, and he can't say he has any reason to dislike them, but he never opens his mind to the wavelength of the gods. This is partially because of his need to remain in hiding to keep his freedom, but also because of the fact that he doesn't know which deities to trust.
Matthew knows that there is evil in the world, and he believes that whoever originated the problem Palkia spoke of and Black blood is a bad being, but he doesn't have the motivation to do anything drastic about it..
Matthew also has the tendency to lower the drastic nature of situations and circumstances. What could be an emergency to some wouldn't usually cause Matthew to even increase his step. This obviously stems from the fact that he cares about little and lets life lead him along.
He often, when around water sources, takes off his clothes rather quickly and jumps in without notice.

xx History
It all began centuries ago, the story that is relevant today. The story started when a village of people began becoming sick, and really sick, like the kind of illness you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy. The illness started out in the lungs, forming spore-like buds in its victims which held in the disease and caused intense pain and bloody coughing. Eventually, the illness would begin to spread, and it would enter into the bloodstream. While in the blood, the disease would rapidly expand and contract the vessels housing the life force of humans, and it would cause intense heart pains verging on miniature heart attacks. The disease would eventually spread to the nervous and gastrointestinal system, causing intense irritation and stomach pains. The nervous system problems would end up infecting the brain, causing mini seizures, convulsions, exploding headache, and behavioral problems. At this point, the disease could take two divergent paths. One of these paths led to a comatose state which would last exactly a week almost invariably, ending in a peaceful death by one final awakening for a day, the victim feeling perfectly well before dying of a massive heart attack.
The second path... was much less pretty. The second path also led to a coma, as well as an awakening one week later, except the heart attack would never happen. The victim would die from the inside out.. but his body would remain.. his mind.. or.. his being.. somehow still intact, yet gone to corruption and rot. The victims of this ending, or rather.. beginning, become increasingly violent, and their behavior becomes sporadic. They begin to crave human and Pokemon flesh alike, the their bodies became strengthened physically, also sporting insane regeneration abilities.
These villagers afflicted with such a horrible disease were obviously horrified to see their own loved ones become nothing more than a zombie without a mind or any sign of life.. and as the villagers continued to be infected, the spreading of the disease increased as well, as the villagers couldn't stop the "zombies" who continued to attack the village with their limited resources.
Eventually, something had to be done, as the village had lost more than half of its members, and the people would soon no longer exist. A few villagers discovered the source of the disease: the water. The villagers told their chief that the water was the source, and that since everyone had used the water, the entire group of people was destined to become infected.
The chief was very concerned, and with obvious reason, but he knew nothing that he could do. He did everything he could to fortify the village to protect against the "zombies", but the villagers were already showing more and more signs of the disease taking hold of everyone.
The chief didn't know what he could possibly do for his people, so he prayed, and prayed, and prayed, and prayed, until one day, one of the deities heard his prayer and decided to do something about it . The deity was suicune. The god of purification arrived at the village to see the dark and disgusting disease that had mutated beyond what humans could handle. Suicune quickly purified the water source that was contaminated, and he was forced to destroy the zombies, not knowing what else he could do about them.. The water was purified so well that the disease couldn't survive after a human drank it, so the villager were saved as well.
The chief was grateful for the saving grace of the North Wind, and he offered whatever the deity might want, yet all he wanted was a promise. Suicune asked the chief too promise to do whatever it would take to keep the world safe from disease again, warning that the disease would one day rear it's head again. The chief obviously accepted, and the villagers that remained began to try their best to conceal the lake. Eventually, villagers succeeded with the help of another race, one that would eventually grow to be called the Fae.
The villagers merely allowed the land to grow over the lake, watching as the only land they knew slowly fall to trees and foliage. Years later, after the villagers had moved elsewhere, the Fae province was formed and the mist covered the lake, and that lake became the only place in the forest that the Fae would not go, for the disease had grown into the water again, and the Fae's bodily reaction to it was simply dying or turning into a dark type Pokemon..
The villagers left and settled in what is now known as Crystal, and their village was nothing more than a roaming campground. The promise to Suicune was eventually forgotten, and the villagers heard only of the disease in their legends. The story seems to have stopped here, but jump to a generation before our present time, and you see that the story of the village started once again.
While the villagers were residing in the kingdom now called Diamond, the Deity of Space decided to make himself an heir, and that heir was the child born from Palkia and the chief's daughter. This young woman who was born ended up becoming the first female chief of the village, and the first to have any divine blood, and, after the death of the medicine woman, the last woman in the village.
One day, without notice, Suicune appeared to the woman chief and spoke with her about a new and horrible development. Suicune told the woman that the disease which was only heard of in legends was beginning to spread, the lake in the Fae province growing large enough to flood into the neighboring country of Crystal during rainy seasons. Suicune ensured that the disease wouldn't be able to adapt to the new water for another few decades, but the deity of purification told the chief that if something isn't done quickly within a few years, the entire continent would be infected rather quickly.
The chief asked why Suicune couldn't just do what it said the deity had done in the legends and purify the lake once more, as, at the time, that seemed like to obvious answer to the problem. The chief argued that she didn't even need to be informed, but rather, Suicune could have just fixed the problem quietly, and that's when Suicune had to explain his reason for his request for help.
He explained that a deity of Much higher authority than his own had ordered that deities stay out of the picture in the dilemma of this strangling disease. Whoever the deity was even Suicune didn't know, but he did know that the repercussions for going against his or her wishes would be worse than death, which is why she went to the next best thing, a Demigod, who aren't required to follow all deities orders because of their blood.
So, Suicune asked the woman if she would help Suicune save the humans by attempting to fix the original problem. The chief accepted of course, leaving the village to go to the fae forest. Upon reaching the lake, the woman tried using her space manipulation abilities received from her blood of Palkia in an attempt to teleport the entire lake to another Space, which might have succeeded if the disease was a normal one.. but things never go like that do they?
As the Space spell was being formed, the disease reacted to counteract the spell, causing the disease to spread in a different way, via an explosion of radiance. This "light" blast was actually the reaction of two magics opposing each other, causing the disease to blast it's own magical frequency into the air, basically allowing the disease to become airborne.
The chief was luckily the only person in the area other than Suicune, meaning she was the only one infected by the temporary change in infection mediums. The chief was also unfortunately the only person in the area because there was no one that she could tell about what she had discovered: the disease was created by a deity, and using the wrong forms of magic on it could cause it to spread..
Sadly, the chief was somehow affected more powerfully by the disease, possibly because of the different method of transfer, and possibly because of her Demigod blood, not that it mattered, the chief was dying, and with her, the pure blood of the villagers would be ruined, as she was the only chance at another heir. Suicune offered to take the dying Demigod back to her people, but she refused, not wishing to expose the ones she loved most.
Suicune was deeply moved by the woman's loyalty to her people, and he felt more than a longing to help her. He didn't quite know what to do, however; as the disease had mutated so much that even if he went against orders and purified the water, it's purity wouldn't heal the chief. Watching as the noble woman slowly died, he had to make some sort of decision, so he did, and he decided that the woman would have a legacy to her name. Taking human form, Suicune gave the woman a child, and the next day he was born. He.. sadly, Suicune hadn't created what the village needed, but it was a child nonetheless. Luckily for Suicune, his purity prevented the little child from receicing the disease from his mother. The chief went into a comatose state before she could even hold her baby, and Suicune had to make a decision once again: kill the woman he loved, knowing there was a chance she could turn into the first super powered zombie, or let her live, knowing he'd be able to speak with her one more day if he did..
Suicune, the noblest of his trio, knew that he couldn't have what he wanted, so he destroyed her while he could, his heart filled with sorrow as he did, as it isn't often a deity actually falls in love.. but exceptions are the most painful..
The young child was now in the care of a deity who didn't know how to take care of humans at all, let alone infants. Because of this, Suicune was forced to take his child somewhere where he could be safe, and under the care of people who actually did. In his search for a family, Suicune began to notice Black Blood, which was becoming a presence in the land, something else Suicune was ordered to leave alone..
During his search, Suicune realized just how far society had to go before being able to combat this disease, something that he wished he were allowed to fix. He truly wanted to warn the humans and tell them ways to fight the disease, or he wanted to just be rid of the disease all together, something he was completely able to do..and yet, he was obligated to remain passive in his actions, only observing, which was a rule he was already breaking, and he wasn't sure it would ever be worth it, for the baby was showing signs of his deity blood conflicting with itself.
Suicune searched and searched for quite a while, ever trying to stay under the radar of the deities that might have killed him for his disobedience. Finally, the deity representing the north wind discovered a family that he thought in his mind to be worthy of caring for a DemiGod, a family that he thought would be perfect for the job. The family lived on a farm, one that raised some very strange purple plants that grew in various enlongated shapes, and Suicune thought that such a place would suffice for a deity that would eventually need to learn to control his powers.
Suicune wasn't quite ready to give away his child, however, as it was the last memory of the one person he ever truly loved, and the only person he ever thought loved him back sincerely. So he watched the family, and he watched how simple they were..how kind..how..unlike everyone else in the bigger cities where the people were either overrun by corruption or business. These people, while ready to work their days away to keep their farm safe and running, actually took time to acknowledge the beauty of the plants which they were blessed with the ability of growing. Suicune, like many of the more considerate deities, admired that quality in human beings, and it seemed that the entire family had the quality drilled into their being.
Suicune, on the day when he was finally ready to give away the child, was the only surviving witness to the devastating power of a whirlwind with the power to level a city. Of course, any bystander that could have survived would have just passed it off as a part of the storm which accompanied the cyclone, but Suicune knew better; he knew that the cyclone was originated by someone or somegod, and he knew that it wasn't just some act of random cruelty either, he knew that the act was one aimed at those farmers with some the intent of getting rid of them, otherwise, the act would have been done in a more pleasurable way, or at least with less obvious fury.
Suicune was naturally worried, as the only apparent reason for the farmer family to be attacked was that he and his motherless child were known of by whatever deity orchestrated the disease fiasco, and possibly the black blood dilemma, and that he or she had found out about Suicune's rebellion. But..Suicune didn't give up on the child; truthfully, his resolve became more sure. However, now, Suicune knew that he had to be more careful; he knew that there were deities who had their eye on the North Wind's embodiment, and that they obviously knew of the baby that he carried.
Suicune continued searching the lands, using the power of his own deistic abilities to help him remain under a sort of blanket of stealth. He used fog and mist to help elude any visual spies or angels, and he used the powerful north wind to get rid of his scent for the more skilled trackers that the gods might have utilized. Although Suicune had cut off all communication with other deities, he somehow knew that the “Suicune Incident” had become a real issue among many of the deities that ruled over the continent, and he knew that he was no longer keeping himself a secret, but only the location of the baby he had resolved to keep safe from harm.
Suicune was running out of places to search in his attempt to run out of the sight of the deities he knew he could never completely escape. Suicune decided to search for one deity before deciding on yet another family to take care of his child. Suicune, after some searching for some humans summoning ritual elements, lowering his pride in the process, finally had what he needed to summon the deity he thought could be trustworthy as well as a help in the process Suicune was in.
Suicune summoned the Deity of Gratitude, Shaymin, and explained everything that happened to her. Shaymin, a kindhearted and understanding deity in comparison to others, decided to give Suicune the benefit of a doubt, knowing that he was never known to lie in all the years before, and knowing that he didn't have a real reason to lie anymore now that his “True Love” was gone.
Shaymin asked Suicune what he wanted from her, however, as Shaymin told Suicune that she wouldn't be much of a help in any kind of Deity rebellion, considering the fact that she was one of the weaker gods of the bunch(She also hinted that she was scared of all the really big deities. Eep!).
Suicune explained that he wanted Shaymin to grant the infant a way of evading the grip of the deities that would most likely wish nothing more than to be rid of him. Shaymin accepted the request and granted the boy a permanent scent that would allow him to evade deities, and of course, as Shaymin was always known for, she accidentally went too far in her magical abilities again, and she accidentally gave the infant a blessing of power.. but that's beside the point.
Suicune thanked the deity of gratitude and promised her that he would owe her his life for as long as he lived, and with that, he began his search once again. During his search, he finally discovered another family that would suffice his standards that would be necessary for raising a more than half blood deity. This family wasn't quite as thankful for the blessings of the world, and they weren't exactly the most charming people ever either, but they were the simple and kindhearted types of people Suicune had wished for before. The people of this family were cattle farmers, raising Miltank and Tauros as well as some rare Bouffalant and Rapidash that were being raised for a certain Military Group that required them.
Suicune knew that if he planned to keep his child safe, he couldn't stay and watch the people like before, for that was most likely how they found the first family..So, he went into human form again, as he had been for quite a bit of the searching process, and he went to the family, requesting that they care for him and try to help him deal with his powers when they manifested. The family, who, as stated before, wasn't as thankful as the previous family, became filled with emotion for a reason that they had to explain. To sum it up, the family explained that they had just lost an entire branch of their family to a freak accident, and their only son was staying with that branch at the time. Sound Familiar?
Suicune was burdened even more by the fact that it was his own decisions that had caused this pair of farmers so much grief. They went on to say that without the produce sharing from the other branch family's farm, it would be hard to support their own farm, let alone with another mouth to feed. However, it seemed that the family needed something that would fill their void, so they accepted the offer, though they never promised that the boy would have a perfect life.
Suicune was grateful to the farmers, and he left his child, who was already beginning to age rapidly. With hopes that his child would survive, Suicune left the farm and attempted to draw any tracking him away from his only son.
The family did as they promised and raised the boy, naming him Matthew after the child that they had lost. Growing up, the family noticed that the boy would get sick very often, but none of the remedies they knew of would help, and of course they wouldn't, for the illness the boy was undergoing was actually the mixing of the various Deistic influences in his blood. The blood of Palkia and the Blood of Suicune together were enough when mixed, but Shaymin's magical influence on his body only augmented.
Because of his recurring sickness, he didn't work in the fields much, nor did he ever do very much of anything. As he grew, his body began to contain his magic better, and he was able to go out and do as he pleased more often. His surrogate parents weren't all that strict on him doing chores or jobs around the farm, but they rarely let him off of the plantation either. Because of this, Matthew would go though times when he would be extremely bored, and he would ask his “Parents” for permission to go play elsewhere, preferably somewhere where it didn't reek of manure all the time..
His parents never allowed him to do as he wished, though, so Matthew often resorted to sneaking off into the woods and doing as he pleased there. When he did leave and go to the woods, Matthew realized something that he loved, literally more than anything else in the world..Water. There was a large pond in the middle of the forest that Matthew couldn't stay away from. It was like the water called out to him despite its inatimate nature. Matthew would often go to the forest at night, spending the entire night in the water because he loved it so much..
One day, his “Parents” discovered his habits of leaving the farm, and they boarded up the windows of the house and always kept an eye on him, worrying that someone, or some god would find him and realize who he was. Of course, they knew of his Shaymin-originated blessing, but they also knew that if a deity got close enough, they would be able to recognize the boy, Suicune had stated as much. It's safe to say the boy wasn't amused.
Matthew became incredibly angry at his parents for what they did to him, and, in a fit of fury, he destroyed the house with a gust of wind..Oh..great.. Matthew, who hadn't been informed of his deistic nature at the time, was forced to watch his own “Father” revive his “mother” after being hurt in the gust..and all the while Matthew didn't know how he had done what he did.. Eventually, Matthew's mother healed enough to take care of herself, and his “Father” took the time to explain the boy's situation, knowing that he needed to know..
Matthew wasn't at all amused..but he wasn't angry that he wasn't told..and he wasn't truly upset that he had hurt his caretaker..and he wasn't happy that he had the power to blow down houses..but he wasn't mad about it either.. Matthew's mind simply held onto the facts and..well that's it.. That night, his “Parents” laid their heads down to sleep, and when they woke, Matthew was gone.
Matthew had left..all on his own and he didn't know where to go..he knew, from what his parents had told him, that he couldn't be known for who he was..but he didn't want to go back home, where he knew he could most likely stay safe. Although..the boy himself wasn't all that concerned anyway; he was literally turning into a void of feeling, pushed forward only by the wind and his love for his own element.
In his travels, Matthew never really did much else than follow..he literally followed the wind if that's believable. He let the wind take him where it wanted, and all the way he just found bodies of water and enjoyed them to the fullest.. Some life.
One day, while in a region that seemed to be inhabited by the North Wind's less than admirable quality of chill, Matthew came in contact with a deity for the first time in his memorable existence. Palkia. The god of Space, had found his..Grandson. Palkia was surprised.. but not at the discovery, despite the fact that the meeting was one of chance, or so Matthew perceived it. No..Palkia was surprised at how little the boy cared, about everything that his father wanted him to.
Palkia explained that Suicune had sent a human to him, explaining the situation, and Palkia ensured Matthew that the deity before him wasn't the origin of the disease, or the Black Blood; not that Matthew cared.. Palkia went on to explain that the disease was spreading again, and that the order to observe and not act was still in place. Palkia stressed the urgency of Matthew's helping the situation, explaining that his powers were some of the only capable of healing the contanimated waters. Palkia told Matthew that his combination of abilities made him a Masterpiece, a DemiGod that had the perfect set of powers for the place in which he was set..and Yet Matthew didn't even consider his Grandfather's wishes.
Palkia didn't ever truly get “angry” with is grandchild, but disappointed would be a word to describe it.. Palkia told Matthew that the fate of the human race rested solely on his arms..and yet, Matthew didn't relent in his resolve to..well..not have a resolve. Palkia wouldn't give up, however, and Matthew was getting irritated at his Grandfather's persistence, wondering why a deity would be so worried about a race that he didn't even belong do.
Matthew, in an attempt to get out of the deal, gave his father a bottle of what could only be called super purified water, as it was enchanted with Matthew's magic so densely, that Matthew claimed that it could purify any one body of water by pouring it into it. Matthew didn't know whether this was true or not, but while Palkia examined the molecular makeup of the substance, Matthew made his escape, disappearing into a cloud of mist. Palkia didn't try chasing, knowing that doing so would be futile..but he did hope, or maybe assume, that if the disease truly did start gripping society, his Grandchild's eyes would be opened.
Now Matthew continues to roam the lands..not caring about a thing but the water he believes he can't live without, completely ignoring the danger of the mysterious disease..not truly understanding exactly how dangerous it is..
