Ninth TOURNAMENT BATTLE

This battle is between Queen Cam and Mysterious Contestant #2.


The competitors may make any sort of entrance to the Tournament their Rpiers feel will match their personalities. These entrances can be anything from teleportation to falling randomly out of the sky, the major requirement is that they battle the competitor before them. Anybody may enter the battle at any time to help any competitor they want, due to this any rule goes. The way to win is to get your opponent admit defeat and quit the battle, deaths require permission of both rpiers, and fighters make walk out of the ring at anytime and are given time interval to return {5 posts}. Other characters may post in the thread to watch the battle in anticipation, they have to join battle with both competitor rpiers permission. If both rpiers cannot decide who wins the match, example both want to win, then the staff will decide the battle with a scoresheet at the end before a winner is declared. The Battles will end when the 3rd page is reached, battles may end anytime before that. Once your character enters the battle ring [EI posts] they are not allowed to go buy items from the Site shop, use newly gained abilities, etc. For example what they enter with is what they get, you start with aurora sphere but gain black blood in another thread that is happening same time the tournament, they may not use the black blood. This is the same with Shop items, they may not use any new bought shop items after posting their first post in their first battle.

The Man sat down, lounging as only the upper crust can. He offered a cup of ice-cream to the man next to him, and taking a spoon from the air, sensually took a bite form his own cup, taking his time as he pulled the spoon out, leaving the delicacy behind on his tongue.
"Hello brother. I trust you're enjoying the entertainment? Once in several mortal lifetimes. They even have Ice-cream, which is uncommon in this era, as you well know. And what an era it is. Is it today? Is the beginning of the end finally starting?"
As he waited, he waved his pearlescent cane, catching the eye of the Rebel King in disguise, the god of Space's face one of intent scrutiny, with the barest hint of a smile on his lips. Mentally the god laughed at the action, wondering what the boy would think the gesture meant, as mortals always assumed a god's action had a deeper meaning. Especially at such a time as this...

[Dialga]

Dialga made a face as his brother arrived, distasteful of his sibling's attitude. But he accepted the ice-cream, and took the spoon. He may have taken a bite as well. As his brother asked of the time, Dialga rolled his eyes. Palkia knew better than to ask that question. It didn't work that way.
"It could be, but then again it might have been yesterday. Or next week. Or next year. It is dependent on the decision of a mortal. several, in fact. So I can't very well tell you which day it is, only which day it will probably be. And yes, this era is rather entertaining, as era's go. The next few years, will be quit exciting, either way they go. I suppose today is particularly likely." Dialga sat back, somewhat irritably, as usual, and accepted his brother's gesture, knowing that Justice would notice him as well as Palkia.

[Justice]

A flash of light. A burst of smoke. A clash and a bang. A gusty breeze, blowing away the smoke. -- these are the things that start battle number six. As the smoke disappears, seven Pokemon can be seen. A Togetic, a Heracross, a Pancham, a Ralts, a Honedge, a Sylveon, and a Budew. The Pokemon stand strong in their stance, apparently ready to take on the enemy on their own.. where is the Actual opponent? Well.. he's finally coming into the arena.

A man with a mask walks slowly into the arena as he stands next to his little group of Pokemon. He looks around at the people, his mask and cape making him seem Grande and yet mysterious. He looks at his Pokemon, whose entrance was supposed to be the shining part of the first competitor's entrance. The man looks at his hands, covered in black gloves, and he watches the people around him roar, shouting for battle. Well.. they are ready for a fight aren't they.. he thinks, looking across the field, hoping to see his opponent.

He looks over the battleground as he speaks, his voice completely masked ny his.. Well.. mask. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you, milady. The great red queen of Diamond. The queen who changed everything. The queen, who.. Well, we've all heard about the queen haven't we?" he says, looking at his opponent when she finally makes her appearance.

The man looks up to the sky as he prepares himself for the battle, his mind raging with ideas and thoughts. He takes in his surroundings flawlessly, waiting for any sudden movement as his Pokemon await an order. "Justice" notices Both of the deities in the stand without a glance, and he begins to spiral down a road of possibilities. Serenity blocks his thoughts from any surrounding eavesdropping, for she knows that insecure thoughts are not good to announce when your opponent is one quite like Camellia.

The man stands tall, his identity a mystery, and his motives unclear. He gives his "opponent" the chance to respond, and he gives her the first move, if she'll take it. In his hand he holds a piece.. a.chess piece.. it's unclear what piece it is in his hands, but he holds it tightly as he considers every option that could possibly occur. He watches as Grace glitters to the center, right in front of him, and he readies himself and his Pokemon for anything to come.

[Queen Camellia]

Camellia watched from her throne-like seat, a story above the other stands, though only just above the other royal seats; she knew better than to make Laurentius or Aslan sit amongst the normal people, or even making Lucifer, who was her subject, sit too low. Respect was important for all of them, and this was not about making enemies...

With a flash of fire and smoke, the challenger and his pokemon appeared. This fellow in the mask had brought a veritable army compared to many of the others. She would have to keep an eye on him. Speaking of competitors, she should probably make the announcement. The officials who set it up had insisted she take part; it was her tournament, after all, but it was stupid. She wasn't a warrior queen, although she was a queen who was a warrior. it would not help her image if she got down amongst the fighters...so she wouldn't. That was the advantage of being royalty; she could claim intent, and then later say she was too ill to fight and no one could call her on lying. Even the visiting Kings would recognize it as a tactic they themselves used when the constant flocking of advisers became too tedious...

Camellia, hidden behind a veil which also served to prevent any potential assassins from knowing that she was surrounded by guards, turned to her herald and nodded for him to pronounce the message, her face one of concern matching a soft queen watching hardened fighting. The herald nodded, falling back on the speech he had prepared should the queen not be feeling better by the time her fight came around. He felt bad for her, having to watch this conflict, obviously the idea of the Guildmasters. Sure, it was a good way to collaborate with other kingdoms, but...she had already seen enough fighting, what with her brother. that monster!

"Her Majesty, Queen Camellia of the Clubs, regrets to inform Sir Bob that her Majesty is feeling unwell, and will be unable to enter the fighting on this day. Rather than make the competition, or the audience, wait on her health, she has chosen to withdraw, allowing the tournament to be finished without her. She extends the most sincere of apologies to Sir Bob for the unfortunate events, and asks that the citizens not worry about her, and instead continue to enjoy this day of festivities!"
