Kari has long purple hair, yea, purple. She doesnt know either. She keeps this back in a pair of plaits a lot of the time with a little out around her face but it can be let loose to come down to the small of her back in a wonderful wavy style, though this is for money making reasons only. She will always be found in either a small and low cut black dress with long black boots, again, for money making reasons. That or in her common outfit, a simple black shirt and trousers, pulled tight against her to allow her to jump and such like with ease. Again boots here but these are shorter. Both boots have a strap on the inside of the leg for her daggers. She has icy blue eyes and is a tall girl, something that comes very handy for pulling men to her grasp. Kari is a theif. Best way to put it. She is cold to most people as she distances herself from the normal people, or targets as she thinks of them, and herself. She knows she is beautiful, she dislikes it really bu her looks draw eyes and eyes can be fooled in to following a face and not their coin purse. useful tool, thats what she thinks. As for her trade, she will steal from anyone and not feel bad. Well, unless its a child. She has a weak spot for kids. Everyone else, she will steal from you, she will trick you, she will amuse herself with you and just walk away. Not her issue. However, the girl is actually very lonely. Unloving parents, a guardian who she deems as lying to her and a forced husband. Or he would have been. She avoids people to keep herself from feeling bad from thieving but also because being around people hurts, it ends badly. She would very much like to find herself a freind or two that she really can trust, someone she can actually play around with and have a joke. Someone she can drink with and not have to be on guard. However, a hurt child doesnt see this as possible

Kari was born unknowingly to a darker past, as far as she knew she was born to poor parents who never wanted her. She was raised well and cared for well enough, never loved however. Her parents would feed her and then go out for the day and she was left alone, a young child with little to do. So she amused herself. She would sneak out from the age of 3 and stand on the streets, just watching. She watched the people walk past her and noted the little actions most didnt see, the thieves moving quickly, the women disappering to back alleys with others in tow. She Was of course caught and scolded for this but she saw it none the less, and then life was kind....to her parents. They lucked out, they found a job with a kind old man who needed someone to help cook and clean his home and the family were offered a room in the house and high pay. They lived a life simple and working for the man for as much of karis life as she remembers, forgetting her little street knowledge quickly.she was educated well and learned a higher life style. The old man spoiled the little girl and she soon found herself relating to the older man more than her own parents who seemed not to care where she was at any time. And so, at age 14, she told them this. They were always working, never bought her anything, never paid her any attention. Why should she think of them as family. She was well educated, she was tactical and smart and the old man even said she was a rare beauty. They said nothing to hold her back as she went to the man with her choice, something he adored. Having only 3 sons, a chance to have a daughter was a gift. She took his name and she started to sleep in her own quarters. Waves of new and classy clothes came for her and she was taken to markets every day, she was taught about the higher life and how she needed to act and it was wonderful. She felt like a princess. For a while.
Kari never knew but a daughter is a good way to get money, and she had been taught from the age of 4 under the hand that she now deemed her family. She was 16 when she was told about an arranged marriage, she would marry a son of a rich merchant who would increase the trading of her guardian. The boy was nice enough, a few years her senior and a hard working man but kari found out then and there she didnt want to just be passed from person to person. She was passed between her parents, to this old man and now to a husband she didnt even know. She was no having this. She shed her fancy clothes in the night and took enough food to flee the city, no weapons or anything to keep herself safe. How do you think it ended?
Found cold and shivering in an alley, she started as a man appeared before her. Panic is a powerful weapon though. She kicked out with a leg and the man fell back and she reached out and took his knife and held it against his side, taking his money and then turning and fleeing in to the darkness. Well now she had a lot of cash. She took the next morning to buy herself a dark outfit, an all black set of a shirt and trousers with a black cape to cover herself. She also swapped the stolen knife for her own daggers and on the girl went, her beauty drawing in targets and her knife and skills gaining her currency
