Thunder: Nick can charge up any metal near him with lightning, and arc that energy fair distances, larger ones if he has a larger object to charge up. In a pinch he can arc lightning from his body, but his range is limited by his body's ability to build up charge in the first place.
Volt Tackle: ALthough he can't arc energy from his body well, Nick can still get a good charge going for running into people, causing them to take the full brunt of the charge. Works best when the target is touching metal, or wet.
Zap Cannon: This is less a spell and more a design: the Zap Cannon is a large metal pylon that generates electricity with enough charge to blast holes in a ship's hull, much like a mundane cannon, but way cooler looking.
Rain Dance: Nick can summon storms at will, but far more importantly, is he can predict them. In the middle of a storm, he can 'feel' every rogue wind before it blows, every lightning strike before it hits. He knows every cloud in the sky like a normal Pirate would know every island in the ocean.

Nick dresses like a butler, not because he serves anyone, but because the look suits him. With short spiky blonde hair and shades, he is equal parts refined and punk. He never goes anywhere without a pack of Olivaean Tobacco. He rolls his cigarettes himself, and you almost never see him without one hanging from the side of his mouth.

xx Personality

Nick puts the coarse in "corsair", and is known amongst civilians as rough, though generally less of a ruffian than his compatriots. The man has style, and tries to be civil with people, both of his crew, and in general. The problem is he doesn't hold anything back, ever. Which means he always says what he's thinking, which is usually insults or in general rough language.
Nick brings his juxtaposed rough style to combat just like to conversations. He holds nothing back, and fights with all the fury of a storm, but he isn't wild or crude, instead with the refined violence of a professional. He fights smoothly, hopping from foe to foe, his rapiers often not even touching his foes, instead using his Thunder to arc lightning into his foes. Similarly, he relies on his hand-crossbows to carry a charge of energy to his foe even when their far beyond his normal reach.
Nick doesn't make his crew hold back any more than he holds back himself, meaning his deck is often covered of the roughest pirates in the skies, at stark contrast to his sister's crews. Inns and taverns often shudder at the sight of his ship, knowing that the night will be full of drunk men and bar fights. But, almost like a father, Nick will take care of his crew, fighting to the ends of the earth for them. If a sailor's ship is his mother, then every crew is a family, and Nick takes this to heart.

Nick is really Zapdos in disguise. When Lugia ran off to sleep, he and his siblings argued over which of them was in charge, and that simple argument has expanded to a full-blown sky-pirate war.

Nick can't swim, because the water will draw all the electricity out of him, in the most painful way possible. Smaller quantities aren't an issue, but anything deep enough to stand in will be enough to give him serious pause.

This is His-story

xx History

Long ago there were two Lords; Lord of the Moon, and Lady of the Sun. The Lady of the Sun created for herself three servants. The Lord of the Moon saw that these servants were very good at their jobs, and created for himself three servants, a boy and two girls, giving each one a name that was a number. But these three weren't as loyal as the Lady of the Sun's servants. No, these three made a mess of things, fighting each other instead of helping the Lord of the Moon. So the Lord of the Moon took the servants' strength and sealed it in three orbs, one for each of them. Then, satisfied that he had fixed them, he went on to find new servants. But the three did not learn their lesson. Instead of taking to civilian life, they squabbled and fought over the orbs like children.
As time went on, they each built a ship that would allow them to return to the sky, and they hired thieves and beggars to help them drive the ships. Before too long, it was an all out war between the crews of each ship. The middle brother of the three, Captain Nick Tesla was not to be ignored. Hiring the roughest hands he could find, the Captain sought to make a family to replace the one he lost, but also to claim his sister's orbs for himself, so that he could stop the fight once and for all. It would have been a good enough plan, had the other two intended the same thing. After being trounced twice, Nick focused on building a report with his crew. Building good pirating skills on trust in each other and their captain. The Cumulonimbus is a huge ship, with a massive crew of salty sailors. Literally salty; food tends to go bad, so they salt the food down a lot. But the sailors are also gruff, as Captain Tesla only requires one thing of his crew; they obey the chain of command.

After getting his crew together, he took to the air above Crystal, explaining the Tesla Cannons after crystal technology, hiding his true nature. Although he doesn't require honesty from his crew any more than another pirate captain, he does remain honest himself, save his deific origins and powers. Now, he flies the skies, looting anyone he thinks have the supplies worth taking, in particular Diamond Kingdom tax collectors, as the civilian populous will not try and stop him, and often will come to his crew's aid against their perceived oppressors. He also frequently conflicts with his sisters, and their own crews, as he seeks to control all three orbs of power.

Accepted! Comments Interesting character all together. I like how you changed up Zap Cannon in a unique way that appeals to the setting of the character. His personality sounds pretty "live with" worthy, and I'm sure his crew is much happier than.. Well.. others.. Anyway, overall I like him. Next time maybe the appearance could be a bit longer. It's so sad he can't swim, being a pirate and all. Good thing it's sky pirate as opposed to generic =3 And.. last comment, I like how you implied that Lugia moved onto Darkrai and Cresselia after realizing the folly of his creations.
