Weapons: Oliver has a scythe that he weilds very efficiently, it is a long black staff with a melancholy grey, practically unbreakable scythe at the head.
Magic: Oliver has quite a bit of black blood in his veins. As a result of this, the blood manifests itself powerfully in Oliver's body.
The black blood in Oliver's body doesn't always affect him mentally; it is often supressed by the real Oliver. Whenver the black blood is not affecting Oliver's body, the only abilities Oliver can exhibit is an ability he learned to control as a result of scientific research. By extracting the odd makeup of 'Black Blood' and harnessing it's molding and life giving abilities, Oliver invented a substance he dubbed Ectoplasm. This term has been used quite often as the term for the substance ghosts use to form their physical body. When forming and using his Ectoplasmic abilities, Oliver can create 'beings' out of the ectoplasm and he can control them like puppets. Usually, the beings look like transparent creatures made out of a jelly like substance, however, they can take on a more solid and physical appearance.
When the black blood takes control of Oliver's mind, however, Oliver becomes a completely different person. When the black blood has control, Oliver becomes very different, and his entire personality shifts. Also, while in this form, Oliver's muscles and speed are enhanced and his scythe becomes covered in Ectoplasmic Black Blood and hardens into a giant hammer like object that can be very descrutive. Oliver's normal form will be reffered to as his Doctor form, and his Black Blood enabled form will be referred to as his Monster form.
Oliver also has the ability to sew magic and souls into people as if by some sort of surgery. Finally, Oliver has the ability to force raw endoplasm into another person's body by touching them, which can produce pain. Also, the endoplasm could absorb the darkness around it if there is any present, causing the endoplasm transferred to become black Blood, creating whatever effects black blood has on the opponent.

Face Claim: Lloyd Asplund from Code Geass and Dr. Franken Stein from Soul EaterAppearance: In his Doctor form, Oliver has light lavender colored hair which almost reaches to his eyes. His hair isn't all that kept most of the time, but he still appears decent looking. Oliver has greyish blue eyes and his body is tall and skinny. His muscles are not very defined and his hands look like those of a surgeon.
While in his Doctor form, Oliver usually wears some sort of a white laboratory coat. He also wears glasses that aid in his vision, although it is questionable if he actually needs it. His skin has a light complexion and his never seem all that interested in anything.
In his Monster form, Oliver's hair color fades to a dull grey color and a strange screw like object made of black blood forms on his head. It is unknown if the screw is actually screwed into his head.. In this form his eyes turn black and his skin color slightly darkens. When in this form, many stitch marks become noticeable that were completely invisible before; these stitch marks cover Oliver's entire body and his skin even changes color over a few of the patches.
In this form, Oliver's muscles become much, much more defined and he appears much more strong and intimidating than he did in his Doctor form.. While in this form, Oliver's voice, which was smooth before becomes cracky and rough. Finally, while in this form, Oliver seems to always have something in his mouth.

Personality: For his personality, the traits will be arranged like this: Doctor Trait/Monster Trait.Genious/Dim: In his Doctor form, Oliver is a complete genious, being able to prove why he deserves the title of Doctor. He has an incredible amount of raw medical and biological knowledge within his mind and he is very capable of solving problems and diagnosing diseases. In his Monster form, however, Oliver becomes very dim and his speech becomes much more simple and slurred.
Crazy/Mad: In his Doctor form, Oliver leans a bit to the crazy side. Okay, a lot to the crazy side. Oliver has been known to experiment on humans just for the fun of it, and he has an obesession with collecting human and Pokemon organs. In this form, any of the crazy things he does, he usually does them in secrecy, and, if caught, he plays the actiosn off as a joke. While in his Monster form, however, Oliver becomes much less inhibited. Oliver, while in his Monster form becomes very violent and sometimes borders on bloodlustful.
Clumsy/Destructive: Oliver in his Doctor form, despite his genious, is actually quite clumsy. He is often seen tripping over things or accidentally dropping things, and he often forgets things, the most notable being his forgetting to remove the scalpal from somone's stomach after surgery..In his Monster form, Oliver becomes less clumsy and more..well, harmful. Because of his lowered sense of, well, everything, Oliver becomes completely unconcerned with most everything, including other things/people. This often results in him randomly breaking or throwing things just because it was in his way, or because he didn't it.
Playful/Violent: Even with his craziness, Oliver is a very exiting person. He often spends entire days going on 'adventures' whenever he needs something for one of his experiments; of course, this is usually because he gets lost, but the adventures can be very fun to him. However, whenver Monster Oliver ends up doing things, they rarely end up in adventures; they usually end in masacres, or at least some sort of injury. Of course, there are days when Monster Oliver just decides to become violent towards things that aren't human, which anyone would call a good day when you consider the alternative..
Dark/Sadistic Oliver has a very dark side to him, not even including his Monster. This side usually manifests itself whenever he is doing his 'experiments'. During these times, Oliver will often create some of the most absurd monsters ever seen just because he wants to see just how powerful and desctuctive they can become. Monster Oliver, if he ever slows down enough to deal with test subjects, never actually experiments, he usually just tortures the subjects and plays it off as expiramentation for his own sadistic delights..
The Secret Side of Me
Greatest Desire: Inwardly, Oliver wishes for things to go back to the way they were years ago, but he knows that is not possible. If asked, he would say that he wishes for a 'perfect experiment'. If the Monster Oliver were asked, he would most likely just kill you, as he wishes for pain and destruction.Greatest Fear: Doctor Oliver fears being experimented on or being killed by one of his pasts experiments. Monster Oliver fears nothing but cute things..

This is His-story
History: Oliver was once a completely normal little boy who just happened to live in the Oblivion Kingdom. Oliver was always told to stay away from the Black sludge that leaked all over the country, and it was relatively easy for him to do so in his old home town that was almost untouched by the Black Blood. One day, however, Oliver and his friends were playing around near the edge of town, which was literally an edge; the town had a cliff on one end that led to a pool of Black Blood. While playing, one of Oliver's friends accidentally pushed Oliver off of the cliff and into the pool of darkness. Oliver was in that pool for days before the townspeople finally got him out, for the pool itself was shallow, but the Blood was more sticky than molten candy.
Despite the doctor's efforts, nothing could be done for the boy, as the darkness seemed to have clouded Oliver's mind forever when it touched his skin. One day, however, someone suggested putting the dark liquid into Oliver's veins to wake him up. Of course, no one liked the idea, but leaving a boy to live in a comatose state forever was not an option for Oliver's parents. So, after quite a bit of arguing and disagreement, Oliver's veins were filled with Black blood and he eventually woke up, and he was perfectly fine.
Oliver, not showing any signs of the Black Blood's corruption, eventually became very interested in medicine and was sent away to become a doctor. After several years of study, Oliver became a successful medical physician and he had his own practice. One day, however, the long overdue symptoms of the Black blood began to show, and Oliver became more and more obessessed with his 'experiments'. The people of the town never truly knew what Oliver was doing, as they would wake up after surgery with nothing more than stitches; only Oliver knew what he was doing to each and every person that visited him.
Despite Oliver's getting away with the 'experiments', he couldn't get away with his actions when he murdered an entire family after entering his Monster Form for the first time. After that day, Oliver was sentenced life in exile and he went from doctor to outcast in less than a week. Oliver, the real Oliver that fell into that cess pool, where had he gone, does it matter? Probably not.
Now, Oliver lives in an old abandoned house that he turned into his own personal laboratory. Anyone who comes to visit him now does so to inquire about bodily enhancments and illegal magic infusions rather than for check-ups and surgeries. Oliver doesn't mind though, he still gets to have fun with his experiments, and you wouldn't believe the things he's made.
