Emile wields his pokemon, Dirge, as though he were an actual sword, and does so highly effectively.

xx Magic

Emile has been soaked in magic since before his birth, and so she has several magical abilities that have manifested, enhanced by his magical-demonic bloodline, inherited from her mother;

Black Blood: Emile's blood was removed and replaced with a black ichor by evilyn. This makes him highly resistant to melee damage, as her very blood hardens upon impact, preventing his actual organs from being wounded. The Problem with this is she does not control his blood's hardening ability, so if she is hit repeatedly, the hardened blood will begin to slow his reaction time, and potentially even turn her into a statue until the black blood un-coagulates.

Mad Jack/Mad Jill: Emile exudes madness like a plague, and anyone who spends extended time (several weeks) in his presence will begin to feel their own mind unwinding, though how exactly this happens depends on the person. Emile can focus this madness inwards, however, and drive herself even more mad than usual, which greatly increases his combat abilities, and allows her to channel that madness into Dirge, causing anyone he hits to be infected with her madness much more quickly than usual, taking only a couple hits to cause permanent psychological damage, depending on the foe. This madness strains Emile's already unstable psyche however, and his ability to fight properly becomes hampered by his own madness after a time.

Metal Sound: Dirge is able to produce a wailing screech which does no actual damage, but causes intense pain in the listener's ears. Emile uses it to cause foes to lower their guard, as well as using it for a signal. Emile is not immune to the sound, however, and cannot use it repeatedly without suffering from temporary hearing loss.

Mild Regen Factor: Due to the Black Blood, as well as her own magical-demonic blood, Emile heals faster than your average human. This is little use in combat, but does mean that given time to recover, Emile will survive any but the most life-threatening wounds with little more than faint scarring, if any.

xx Appearance

Emile is somewhat short, a product of his excelerated aging, with pink hair and pale white eyes. Her outfit consists of a black dress-like outfit, with an ankle-length skirt with a cut-out diamond pattern on the edge, but also with tuxedo cuffs at the wrists, as if his clothes suffer the same gender-identity issues she does. Emile doesn't get very much sun, preferring to work during the cover of darkness, and has very pale skin.

As mentioned before, Emile's blood has been replaced with Black Blood, which is exactly what it says on the tin; so when he is cut in any way, her wounds ooze with the black ichor, which has a tar-like consistency, and retains it's hardening-on-impact qualities when outside his body. This is, needless to say, a highly disturbing sight to see.

Additionally, when he is less stable than usual (such as when using Mad Jack/Mad Jill), Emile develops lazy-eye in her left eye, and her right eye develops a twitch, which combined with his grin, creates a disturbing visage for any who are unfortunate enough to meet her in this more violent state of mind.


Dirge is a recently discovered breed of Honedge, which is ghost-dark, instead of ghost-steel, and is black in coloration. His breed was created when a collection of Honedge living in Oblivian became corrupted by Black Blood, and as such were the perfect tool for Evilyn's experiments.

xx Personality

Cowardly: Dispite being a skilled fighter, as well as a madman, Emile is terrified of things she doesn't know how to deal with. Because of his childhood under the watchful and sadistic eye of Evilyn, the list of things Emile doesn't know how to deal with includes everything that counts as "human interaction", as well as recognizing differences in gender.

Violent: When Emile doesn't know how to deal with something, he resorts to violence. This is because violence is all she's ever known, and killing people is a great way to stop them from talking to him.  However, Emile DOESN'T know how to deal with people fighting back, which leads her to have mid-combat nervous breakdowns, where he goes even farther out of her mind than usual.

Bat-Guano Crazy; Emile, on top of never being taught right or wrong (or even being exposed to the concept of right or wrong), is psychotic, and doesn't recognize anything or anyone outside of his own mind as being alive. She will attack and kill anyone for the slightest of reasons, usually coming down to him being scared of them for some reason or another. The exception being Evilyn, who raised her, and is an omnipotent being in the eyes of her child, and Emile will do anything Evilyn tells him to do out of shear terror.

Depressed: Emile is, under the psychosis and the fear, ultimately a depressed child who's seen nothing but sadness and violence her entire life. Were it not for his inability to bleed out, she would have slit her own wrists many months ago. As it stands, however, he believes she has no option but to continue forward with the path Evilyn sets before him, cutting people down until she can one day find someone strong enough to kill him, and finally end it.

Oddly enough, in her maddened state, this depressed side seems to be supressed under a manic obsession with watching things bleed, and those are the only times he actually looks happy.

This is His-story

xx History

  Emile was born the child of a witch. Normally this would be unhealthy, given they lived in Crystal, but this was even worse than usual, because that witch was Evilyn Coventry. Evilyn experimented on her child, enfusing the baby with magic and black ichor, stolen from a distant land, which itself stole it from another reality. Evilyn took a Honedge, and coated it in the Black Blood, putting the poor blade into a furnace, melting and reforging the blade using magic, and blanching the metal in the Black Blood. This torture altered Dirge into a new weapon, far more dangerous than your usual Honedge, but also far less sane. He was the perfect weapon for her child.

WHile this was happening, the child Emile was placed in isolation with a small lizard pokemon. Emile would not be allowed to leave the chamber until the pokemon was dead. Emile didn't know how to deal with the small thing, and so sat there and did nothing. For weeks. Then Evilyn returned, placing Dirge in Emile's hands. Dirge's madness intencified the madness caused by the Black Blood in Emile's body, and the small child turned into a monster in his own right, ripping the poor pokemon into shreds. Emile then turned to her mother, and pointed to an open wound where the lizard pokemon had bit her, and smiled manically. "Did you know my blood is black?" Evilyn saw the ichor pouring from her child, and was satisfied that her experiment had been succesful.

But now she found she had a child she didn't know what to do with. The thing was little more than a toddler, and actually much younger than that. Emile had the emotional intelligence of a newborn, and failed to understand other peoples emotions properly. The only thing he was good at was killing things. So Evilyn used the magics from before, aging Emile into a young adult, and sent her out to kill those who would stand in the witch's way.

Emile's time in this world has been short thus far, but already he has made a name for herself, killing and maiming people in the dozens, leaving a red and black trail across the countryside. They call him "Jack the Ripper", or sometimes "Jill the Ripper", no-one being sure of the mass-murderer's gender, but certain of it's madness.,,

This bio and even picture reminds me completely of Crona from Soul Eater. Because of this, I would like for your other characters to be more creative from now on, as well as pretending that this is Crona's version in this world. What does this mean? This mean crona and Emile are same person with just different worlds, names, and well lives. Just remember to try to be a tad more original from now on, I mean {child of a witch, black blood, and unsure on gender [well technically Crona is male but ehh], The major originality was that Crona was actually birth while Emile was made}, this will be Crona's otherworldly self.

I really like Chrona Emile. Her Deepest Desire as her crazy side is hilarious, and his story is interesting too. Like Ginger said, she's a bit similar to the real Chrona, but his story makes it different. Also, you didn't fill out the "Rank/Class" section, but I'm sure that's fine. Let us all hope that the "Ripper" of Crystal won't kill off our characters too quickly. (Side note, I like the idea of Honedge being used as a sword, and the implementation of Black Blood makes it that much cooler.
