Nicknames: Sklyer has been called more names than he can remember, Skyler is not his real name, but it is his current one and he can't remember his true name, so that is what he calls himself until another mission arises..Age/birthday: 16

Kingdom/Providence: Was born in Crystal, however, he travels all over the continent.
Occupation: Spy/Assassin

Rank/Class: Skyler is not a royal, but many memebers of many royal Kindgoms, even the smartest of them, believe him to be one.
Weapons: Skyler weilds all sorts of knives; he hides and uses them very efficiently.
Magic: Skyler has an ability that he doesn't know, or at least, he can't rememeber the origins of. The ability is one of Absolute Suspension. This ability allows him to 'freeze' the perception of any and all living beings within a range which he controls. This change in perception allows him to 'teleport' short distance without the people affected noticing. When using this ability, a strange sigil forms on his right eye. It is assumed that the ability could spread to both eyes, eventually increasing the effects.
Note that this ability is not time or space manipulation, but rather a manipulation of living beings perception of reality, meaning it cannot affect objects already. An arrow flying through the air would still fly through the air, and a person jumping off of a cliff would still fall due to gravity, however, if Skyler were to use his ability before the arrow is launched, the firer would 'freeze', allowing Skyler to move out of the way.
The drawback to his ability is that his heart stops beating every time he uses his ability. Because of this, Skyler can only use his ability in short burst, requiring him to move quickly when using it. Of course, the longer he uses the ability, the higher amount of stain and risk there is. Also, as the range increases, Skyler's body begins to feel heavier than it really is, however, this effect can be countermeasured.

Face Claim: Rolo Lamperouge of Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion.Appearance: Skyler is a short boy with a small build. His body is lanky and thin and his skin is pale. His hair falls slightly below his eyes and is brown with a subtle violet tint.
Skyler often wears blacks and greys, rarely straying from melancholy colors that aid in remaining hidden. Skyler's eyes are a reddish violet and his voice sounds like that of a child's. Skyler is always seen wearing a locket that seems to hold some sort of sentimental value to him, however, even he is unsure of what that value is..
Skyler's face has child-like features and his build makes it seem as if he has yet to go through his male developmental years.

Personality:Apathetic: Skyler as a person has very few emotions to speak of. This is a result of his raising. This proves as a tool whenever going on missions of any sort, but it hinders Skyler as a person. Of course, at one point, Skyler had emotions, but that was so long ago that Skyler can scarcely remember it..
Practical: Skyler thinks about everything very plainly, rarely thinking about the means to an end. Because of this, Skyler thinks very little about doing whatever is the most practical way to do something. Unless otherwise specified, Skyler will handle a mission in the quickest possible method without revealing his own identity to those who could oppose him.
Memoryless: Skyler has few memories of his past, and the ones he does have are foggy and unclear. Skyler can easily remember the people he's spied on or killed, but he doesn't remember anything about his personal life unless it was part of a mission. This leads to some of his other traits.
Cold: Because he has no memories of his past, and because of the other traits drilled into him, Skyler has little knowledge of what people call 'morals'. This is one of the reasons Skyler is so good at his job, he has no reason to wish not to do something, merely because he doesn't find it wrong in his eyes. Skyler does, however, have an impeccable skill of mimicing emotions and moral standing.
The Secret Side of Me
Greatest Desire: Skyler doesn't have any true desires, for he doesn't have a true reason for living.Greatest Fear: Skyler is afraid of few if any things. If pushed, he would say her fears losing his locket, as it holds emotions that Skyler no longer does..
Greatest Secret: Being a spy, his identity as such is always a secret from others. Also, no one but a select few know of his ability, and Skyler would like that to be kept a secret.
This is His-story
History: Skyler was a happy child once; a truly happy child that had very few problems just living his life to the fullest. One day, the boy discovered an ability of his, and when he showed it to his mother, she was terrified. Skyler's own mother denied that she had any relation to him and he was sent to the Capitol of Crystal to be dealt with by the government.Expecting to be killed, Skyler cried for many days, and on the day when someone finally came to speak with him, Skyler killed him out of fear. Obviously, when the other people tasked to deal with the boy discovered how dangerous his ability was, they wanted to kill him, however, one man begged for the castle to allow him to work with Skyler; they did.
After less than a month, Skyler had cried away not only his memories, but his emotions as well, and, with the 'help' of his 'handler', Skyler became the type of killer that anyone would fear. Skyler's skills we sharpened for several more months before Skyler became an official assassin of Crystal, before he killed the entire group of assassins on a whim.
After this, Skyler didn't know what to do, he realized that he couldn't stay in the castle, so he left, offering his skills to some of the most powerful people in the kingdoms. Skyler refined his skills over time, allowing him to be a very effective spy, and he is now secretly known by more royals than he ever could have been in Crystal.
Of course..Skyler doesn't enjoy his position, but he doesn't know why. He wishes he could remember exactly what it was he was like before his position..but he doesn't and that is the truth, or so he thinks. So Skyler now functions as one of the most effective spies in the world, yet he can't even remember his real name..
