Face Claim: While not truly a face claim, Chandler is a Litwick from the Pokemon series.Appearance: Chandler is a small, candle-like Pokemon with a purple flame on its head which is powered by life energy. His body is made up of whitish lavender wax. On the top of his body, some of the wax is melted, however, it doesn't quite cover his eye yet. His eyes are a bright greenish color and they don't really have pupils.
Chandler's flame grows stronger when it has more life energy in its body. Chandler has stubby arms that are strangely capable of holding more than his body mass. Chandler's wax is slightly raised above his mouth, creating a lip.

Personality:Curiosity: Chandler is naturally a very curious Pokemon, and he is often seen wandering around the castle at night, acting like an ordinary candle when spotted. He enjoys exploring and trying new things, and he often gets into things he shouldn't.
Mischievous: Chandler, being the ghost type he is, isn't afraid to play pranks on those he knows. However, more than prank pulling, Chandler is known for his playful setting of things on fire, most commonly in the castle, which isn't at all productive now is it..
Dark: Chandler has a sort of dark and depressing attitude sometimes, seeming almost cruel and uncaring, even sadistic. However, this usually only occurs when his life energy is running low, or if he has just been to the Ghost World.
Dancer: Chandler sort of likes to dance a bit, however, he rarely does so in public because he fears doing so will cause him to absorb energy from his friends. He is also more prone to burning things when he dances.
Misleading: Chandler is quite the swindler. He is very good at tricking the not so smart members of other Pokemon groups into trading for less than his own group would have to pay for. He also uses his flame to create illusions to ward away unwanted beings. But, the most disturbing thing about Chandler's misleading personality is the way he helps people, particularly other humans. Chandler guides people to safety if ever he finds them stranded or lost, he will help them to a place where they may or may not need to go and then leave. It doesn't matter if he actually helps them or not, for the real reason for his actions would be to absorb their life energy into himself. Sure he does it because he would die without the energy, but who says he can't have a little fun while doing it?

History: Chandler was born the only child to a Chandelure as his father and a Drifblim as his mother in a rich part of the Crystal kingdom capitol. Chandler grew up pretty nicely, honing his skills as a Chandler was forced to move to another part of the Capitol when his father died, getting rid of their need in that place, so Chandler made his home in the previously used section of the Crystal castle that has been long vacated of humans. Chandler found a group of Pokemon living there and he soon fit in with them, rising to the second in command and the official
One day, Chandler's best friend, a Pumpkaboo who served as the leader of their group, and he were walking through the halls. On their walk, which was supposed to be a walk of leisure, turned dark when Pumpkaboo began feeling weak and powerless. Insisting that he was feeling okay, the pair pushed onward, and Chandler even showed his friend his dancing skills.
However, it was at the last step of Chandler's dance that Pumpkaboo was sucked into oblivion. His life force was completely leeched away by the unknowing Chandler, and the Ghost World, the one Chandler didn't even know about, sucked Pumpkaboo in, and he was never to be seen again.
Chandler had to go tell all of the members of his new family that their leader was gone and that he wasn't coming back. Chandler couldn't explain what had truly happened, so he lied and said that Pumpkaboo just disappeared. After several days of searching, the group decided that their leader wasn't going to be found, so they chose Chandler as his successor.
Now Chandler lives as leader of a group of Pokemon living in a haunted castle who trades with Pokemon in the Misty Province. Sounds as if only good things can come from this group, huh?
